This screen displays all submittals associated with a project. It can be accessed by selecting List from the Action drop-down on the Submittals panel of the Projects > Logs screen.
Grid
Edit:
Click a listed submittal record to view details.
Sort:
Any column header can be selected to sort information by that category.
Submittal #:
Displays the submittal record number.
Type:
Specifies the type of document or material submitted for approval.
Received:
Displays the date on which the submitted material or drawing was received
Returned:
Displays the date on which the submittal was returned to the person who submitted it for approval.
Project No:
Displays the project number associated with the submittal.
Project Name:
Displays the project name associated with the submittal.
Description:
Shows the descriptive detail of the submittal.
CSI#
Displays the CSI (Code Structure Identifier) number for the submitted drawing or material.
Status:
Specifies the current status of the submittal.

Use this search field to quickly locate submittals. The field's predictive search instantly display results as you type in this field.
Return:
Click to return to the previous screen.
Help:
Click to access the ArchiOffice Online Help in the Submittals section.
Action
Find:
Select this option to locate submittals matching specific criteria, with the resulting found set displayed in the List View.
Re-find:
Select this option to return to the last Find criteria so you can modify the requests before executing the search.
Find All:
Select this option to locate all submittals in the system.
Print:
Select this option to print a report of records displayed in the list view.
